Job summary

nicriel, a market-leading heavy machinery manufacturer in Australia, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function across the business. You will own, coordinate, and continuously improve quality control, supplier quality assurance, audits, and client documentation while embedding excellence in daily operations.

In this hands-on role, you will manage a small team, maintain and enhance the Quality Management System, and develop practical audit and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience managing quality systems with ISO 9001 audit and accreditation.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the quality function across the business.
• Lead a small team and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.
• Develop audit and compliance processes and partner with suppliers and customers.
• Maintain and improve the QMS and safety systems.
