An established builder-developer with a strong footprint in Southeast Queensland is seeking a Quality Manager to take the lead in driving quality excellence across residential and mixed-use projects. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for candidates from large-scale residential backgrounds—not Tier 1 infrastructure—who understand design integration and thrive in fast-paced delivery environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and lead ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management systems across live construction sites.
• Provide hands-on quality oversight—no large teams behind you—just your expertise, leadership, and drive.
• Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project quality with regulatory and client expectations.
• Conduct internal and external audits, manage compliance actions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee QA for materials and monitor inspection plans, methodologies, and documentation standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong quality leadership experience within multi-residential or larger residential construction companies.
