Job summary

A leading engineering and project delivery firm in Australia is seeking a Quality Expert/Inspector to join their team on the Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth. This role involves managing quality systems, addressing compliance, and supporting project teams. Candidates should possess extensive experience in construction, ideally in healthcare, and be proficient in relevant project management software. Qualifications

• You must have substantial experience in managing construction projects with a tier one contractor.
• Experience in healthcare construction is preferred.
• You will need strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage issues related to QA systems and processes.
• Adhere to the quality strategy and report compliance standards.
• Respond to quality issues and attend inspections.

Skills

Qualifications in Inspection and or Construction and Engineering disciplines

8+ years minimum experience in similar role managing construction projects

Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Aconex, GLAASS)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Tools

Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word)
