Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• Interest in quality, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quality inspections and testing to meet standards.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing quality and testing data.
• Maintain calibration records and equipment documentation.
• Review quality documents and shop-floor instructions for accuracy.
• Participate in quality audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist the Quality team with investigations, reporting and improvement projects.
