Job summary

HelloFresh in Australia is seeking a Quality Control Officer based in Jandakot, Perth, to support the QC Lead and uphold food safety across assembly lines. Immediate start with permanent full-time work in a dynamic, global food-technology environment.

You will coordinate QA checks, mentor the QC team, manage stock and supplier processes, and drive improvements across the Quality Management System while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA or QC role.
• Solid understanding of HACCP/GMP in food manufacturing.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily quality assurance and food safety checks.
• Lead and support the QC team during shifts.
• Support supplier management, stock rejections, and stock processes.
• Investigate, document and report non-conformances.
• Oversee pest control and cleaning contractors for compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Quality Management System.
