Job summary

Bellroy in Melbourne seeks a Production Quality Specialist to own the quality standard for accessories and ensure supplier performance across time zones. You’ll lead NCRs, drive corrective actions, track quality data, and help build our quality system while staying hands-on with pre-production and bulk sample approvals.

The role requires deep judgement, clear communication with overseas manufacturers, and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality control/assurance for consumer products, preferably overseas.
• Experience with pre-production and bulk sample approvals, QC manuals and construction standards.
• Experience holding overseas suppliers to a standard, driving corrective actions to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own and uphold the quality standard for production runs across factories time zones.
• Drive NCRs and corrective actions to closure.
• Track quality data, spot trends and turn findings into improved workflows.
• Contribute to building a quality manual and batch sign-off rules.
