A leading disability service provider is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to manage compliance and improvement initiatives. The role includes overseeing quality assurance processes, performing audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to guidelines. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in Disability Employment Services and strong communication skills. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary package of $76,000 to $81,000 and generous benefits including 5 weeks of annual leave.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance, The Quality and Compliance Specialist is a permanent, full time role and manages all contract-related communications and daily business activities in collaboration with the contract manager. This includes analyzing contractual and guideline changes, assessing their impact on business processes, and leading internal audits to identify risks and improve compliance performance. Our embarc footprint spans across NSW, ACT and VIC however the role can be based anywhere in Australia.
