Job summary

Anglicare Sydney seeks an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to partner with Residential and Care Managers, guiding safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across aged care homes. The role focuses on governance, continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver compassionate, high-standard resident care.

The position is fixed-term until December 2027, offering leadership in a values-driven organisation with professional development and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or relevant qualifications in health, quality, risk, governance.
• Experience as Quality Manager/Coordinator/Advisor in aged care is desirable.
• Experience auditing and assessing accreditation standards for aged care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and drive high-quality outcomes beyond compliance.
• Develop and implement the Quality Framework, including audits and training.
• Support governance, risk management and regulatory readiness across Homes.
• Lead staff development aligned with Anglicare’s values and mission.
• Assist with government or grant funding registrations and opportunities.
