Job summary

Toll Healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Assurance to lead and continuously enhance our quality systems, ensuring regulatory, customer, and industry requirements are met across healthcare logistics operations. In this leadership role you will drive quality excellence, oversee assurance programs and support stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Science degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10 years' quality experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or consumer health industries.
• Strong knowledge of TGA regulations and PIC/S Code of GMP.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the vendor assurance program, including supplier qualification, audits, and Quality Agreements.
• Oversee change controls, customer complaints, CAPA, and non-conformance processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and approve quality documentation, investigations, and quality events.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and sites from a quality and compliance perspective.
• Partner with operational teams, customers, and stakeholders to promote quality excellence and regulatory compliance.

A day in the life of a Manager, Quality Assurance at Toll Group

• Lead and maintain the vendor assurance program, including supplier qualification, audits, and Quality Agreements.

• Experience managing CAPA, non-conformances, change controls, complaints, and supplier quality programs.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.


• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.


• Experience within logistics, warehousing, validation, transport, packaging, or temperature-controlled environments is highly regarded.
