DFP Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced APS6 Quality Officer to support quality outcomes within an Early Childhood team focused on assisting children under nine with developmental delays or disability and their families.

The role involves QA/QC activities, policy advice, mentoring, trend analysis and stakeholder engagement, with a 12-month Labour Hire Contract and 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $60.26 per hour plus super.

Formación

• Experience interpreting and applying legislation, policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring staff.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities relating to early childhood planning and decision-making.
• Provide technical, operational and policy advice on complex matters.
• Mentor and support team members to improve quality, consistency and decision-making.
• Analyse trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with a range of stakeholders to provide guidance and build capability.
• Manage escalated matters and provide effective resolutions.
