Job summary

The TheirCare Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to uphold and improve high standards across our OSHC services. You will partner with multiple teams to drive regulatory compliance and quality outcomes while supporting service delivery.

This full-time, hybrid role involves travel across Perth and surrounding areas. You will lead policy reviews, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, compliant care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Hold a completed ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification or higher.
• Proven leadership across the School Aged Care sector with quality assurance and compliance outcomes.
• Experience leading a multi-site portfolio and guiding teams to success.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and OSHC legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory, and safety requirements per NQF and relevant standards.
• Support field teams in incident management, trend analysis, and training improvements.
• Review trend data and update policies to reflect quality and compliance principles.
• Support assessments, ratings, and department visits.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Travel nationally to coach quality and compliance and conduct spot checks.

About the Role

As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards we set across our services. As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will work closely with various departments to ensure we meet and exceed quality benchmarks, regulatory compliance and business outcomes. In this role you will work with our teams across Western Australia to ensure operational excellence when it comes to Quality and Compliance!

This is a full-time opportunity. Earn up to $110,000 (inclusive of travel allowance) per annum dependant on experience.

Please note: This role will require travel across Perth and surrounding areas throughout Western Australia. This is a hybrid role and we have a small office located within Perth CBD.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all legislative, regulatory, and safety requirements in line with the National Quality Framework and other relevant standards
• Supporting the field teams in managing and responding to incidents, identifying trends, and guiding improvements in training and response
• You will review a range of trend data to identify opportunities for improved practice and take proactive steps to update policies, processes, and procedures across the organisation to reflect the principles of quality and compliance
• Supporting services through Assessment and Rating and other department visits
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with internal support teams and external stakeholders
• Travel nationally to provide ongoing coaching and development in quality and compliance, while also conducting spot checks at services and reporting on key findings to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Hold a completed ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification or higher.
• Bring proven leadership experience within the School Aged Care sector, including a strong track record of achieving success in areas such as quality assurance, compliance and team development
• Have experience leading a multi-site portfolio, with the ability to build strong, supportive relationships and guide others to success
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and applicable legislation within the OSHC sector
• Be confident in managing incidents and applying best-practice responses
• Hold a current Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, and a department of education police check.
