Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Carlton VIC is seeking a Quality Advisor to support assurance and continuous improvement for a long-term urban rail tunnel and station maintenance programme.

You will maintain compliance with ISO standards, coordinate audits, track actions, and prepare reports while coaching operational teams to drive quality outcomes.

This role offers opportunities to contribute to transport infrastructure across Australia and work within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Quality management or asset-management qualification, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supporting quality, audit, governance or compliance activities.
• Experience with audits, document control, quality checks and assurance tasks.
• Exposure to continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
• Infrastructure, construction or maintenance experience; lead-auditor qualification is advantageous.

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Support assurance and continuous improvement for a long-term urban rail tunnel and station maintenance programme.

Your Work

• Maintain compliance across quality, environmental, asset-management and safety systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 55001 and 45001.


• Control documents and support integrated internal and external audits.


• Track corrective actions and update quality and project-management plans.


• Prepare trend and performance reports and recommend improvements.


• Provide quality training, support root-cause investigations and coach operational teams.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• Quality management, engineering or asset-management qualification, or equivalent industry experience.


• One to three years supporting quality, audit, governance or compliance activities.


• Experience with audits, document control, quality checks and administrative or analytical assurance work.


• Exposure to continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.


• Infrastructure, construction or maintenance experience is desirable; lead-auditor qualification is advantageous.
