Job summary

Maroochy District Animal Hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse for a casual position. Located in Maroochydore, the clinic offers a mix of small animal GP, orthopaedics, and BOAS surgery with plenty of variety.

The role requires Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, at least 2 years’ experience, and comfort working in theatre. A supportive team and modern facilities accompany a flexible shift pattern along with opportunities to expand surgical skills.

Casual Veterinary Nurse – Sunshine Coast

Maroochy District Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a casual basis.

Located in beautiful Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, this could be the perfect opportunity if you're ready for a little sea change and a fresh start somewhere pretty special.

We’re a large, modern clinic offering a great mix of small animal GP, orthopaedic and BOAS surgery, so there’s plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Is confident and comfortable working in theatre
• Is reliable, positive and enjoys being part of a team
• Genuinely loves what they do and cares about their patients
