If you have no prior industry experience, we can provide you with a solid 6 week training program to fast track you into our industry so that you can work independently quicker than if you were to work at any other practices in Ballarat (you will be amazed by what can be achieved in 6 weeks!).

You are the right person for our team if you are passionate about working in the healthcare or dental industry, you like to learn and also share your industry knowledge with others, you are a dependable team player who pays attention to the details and you love working in a team that drives results for patients.

  • are able to follow our systems and protocols closely
  • have recieved compliments in the past from patients about how you have helped them chairside
