GSL Fab Pty Ltd invites a trade-qualified Mechanic to join their Toowoomba workshop. The role focuses on servicing, diagnosing, repairing and upgrading 4WD diesel vehicles with an emphasis on quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanic, experience with diesel engines and 4WDs, own tools, and a current manual driver’s licence. The position is full-time with an immediate start opportunity.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic (Certificate III or equivalent).
• Current experience as a qualified mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with diesel engines and 4WD vehicles.
• Own tools.
• Current manual driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Service, diagnose, repair and upgrade 4WD diesel vehicles.
• Focus on Toyota LandCruisers and diesel engines.
• Install heavy-duty clutch systems and turbocharger/upgrades.
• Perform suspensions, EGR cleaning, compression testing.
• Install GSL Fab performance products and aftermarket parts.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and workshop presentation.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
