Job summary

Waddell Landscape Design & Construction in Melbourne is seeking a Qualified Landscaper to join our dedicated team. You will build decks, lay pavers, install irrigation, mulch, plant, and help deliver high-end residential projects with clear plans and budgets.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, superannuation, paid leave, and opportunities to grow, with optional Byron Bay travel and potential move into design. You’ll be supported by an office team and work on diverse design styles.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attitude and enthusiasm for landscape design.
• Willing to grow and learn within the company.
• Able to follow plans and budgets.
• Qualifications in Landscaping/Horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Building decks, pavers, pergolas, irrigation, concrete, and all elements of hard/soft landscaping.

• Confidently running residential projects, with internal support and clearly detailed plans.

• Mulching, planting, turf installation, retaining wall construction.

Qualifications and experience

• A driver's license.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A great attitude with an enthusiasm for building beautiful landscapes.

• A keenness to grow and learn within the company and the landscaping trade.

• Able to follow plans and budgets.

• Qualifications in Landscaping/Horticulture.
