Green Exteriors in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs is seeking a qualified Landscaper / Site Supervisor to lead on high-end residential landscape projects and mentor apprentices. Take charge on site, plan tasks, and keep projects on time and on budget.

The role demands Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent hands-on experience, proven site leadership, and a current Australian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience running or supervising sites and leading a crew.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and high-end projects.
• Able to read and execute detailed landscape master plans.
• Must have a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise residential landscape construction sites, keeping jobs on time and on budget
• Lead, mentor and train apprentices, helping them grow alongside you
• Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and order materials
• Communicate effectively with your on-site team, suppliers and clients
• Execute all landscaping tasks to an exceptionally high standard
• Maintain a safe, efficient worksite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship
