NBK Electrical Pty Ltd – Port Macquarie NSW is seeking an experienced, licenced electrician to join a growing team. The role covers residential, commercial and light industrial installations, maintenance, and fault finding across the Mid North Coast, including solar and battery systems and EV charging installations.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Electrical Licence.
• Current Construction Industry White Card valid in NSW.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated, respectful attitude that contributes to a positive workplace culture.
• Air-conditioning installation/servicing experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial electrical installations and maintenance.
• Switchboard upgrades and alterations.
• Power, lighting, ceiling fans, PV solar & battery systems, EV chargers and new sub-circuits.
• Shop fit-outs and commercial project work.
• Fault finding and repairs for power and lighting systems.
• Testing and commissioning electrical work to required standards.
• Work as part of a team, independently or supervising apprentices.

About the Role

You will be carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, breakdown and fault finding work across residential, commercial and light industrial environments throughout the Mid North Coast.

From customer service work, solar installations through to larger commercial projects, you will enjoy diverse and rewarding work while representing a company known for doing the job right (friendly, professional, quality service)

Key responsibilities

• Residential and commercial electrical installations and maintenance.
• Switchboard upgrades and alterations
• Installation of power, lighting, ceiling fans, PV solar & battery systems, EV chargers and new sub-circuits
• Shop fit-outs and commercial project work
• Fault finding and repairs for power and lighting systems
• Testing and commissioning electrical work in accordance with relevant standards.
• Working as per of a team, independently or supervising apprentices when required
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach on every job
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Who we are looking for to join our Team

To be successful in this role you are required to have :

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
