Jobbeschreibung

We’re ANE Group — a tight-knit commercial electrical contractor with 20+ years of delivering serious work across Sydney. We’ve wired council chambers, RSLs, colleges and everything in between. We do things properly: licensed, safety-first, and backed by solid systems.

We’re growing, and we need a switched‑on electrician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something that’s actually going places. If you’re the type who shows up ready, works clean, and wants to do a range of quality commercial jobs — keep reading.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Installation, maintenance and fault‑finding across commercial sites in Sydney
• Working on a variety of projects — no two days the same, no monotony
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to the highest standard
• Logging your work in AroFlo (our job management platform) — simple and straightforward
• Following our WHS protocols and electrical safety standards without compromise
• Collaborating with the team and being someone people want to work alongside

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• NSW Electrical Supervisors Licence or Electrical Contractor Licence (non‑negotiable)
• Solid commercial electrical experience — you know your way around a commercial site
• Strong fault‑finding skills — you can diagnose and fix, not just install
• A safety mindset built into how you work, not just something you say
• Self‑motivated and reliable — you don’t need someone standing over you
• Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• Great salary (based on what you bring to the table)
• Company vehicle provided as an option — you’re not running your own car into the ground
• Paid day off on your birthday (yes, really)
• Exposure to real commercial work — interesting, varied, and worth showing up for
• Ongoing training and professional development — we invest in our team
• A genuine team environment where you’re a person, not just a number
