Only About Children Enmore seeks Casual Qualified Educators to support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.
Join a warm, friendly team at Enmore's campus on Edgeware Road near St Peters Station, with a focus on child safety, inclusive care and involvement in the community garden.
Even when you are only with me for the day, I notice.
I notice when you learn my name.
I notice when you take the time to help me settle.
I notice when you smile.
I notice when you make the room feel calm, safe and familiar.
At Only About Children Enmore, every shift can make a difference.
We're looking for warm, flexible and reliable Casual Qualified Educators to join our team.
At Enmore, my day feels creative, colourful and full of community. I arrive on Edgeware Road, near St Peters Station, buses, local schools and the busy Inner West world around me. My campus is inside a beautiful church hall, and it feels warm, familiar and full of character.
I learn in homely indoor spaces that help me feel safe and settled, and I play outside with sandpits, climbing equipment and child-led gardens. I can help care for the community garden, learn about sustainability and feel part of something bigger. This is where my ideas, culture and words can be noticed, and where learning feels creative, safe and connected to the world around me.
At OAC, they say You're The Difference.
I think that means even one shift matters. You help my educators, my room and me feel safe enough to keep playing, learning and trying.
Because of you, the day can still feel familiar, even when something has changed.
I need safe, kind grown-ups around me, even when the day is busy or different.
As a Casual Qualified Educator, you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.
I need to feel safe before I can learn, play and grow.
At OAC, child safety comes first. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and harm. Everyone who joins the team must help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive place where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.
You will need to complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks. OAC welcomes people from all backgrounds who share this commitment.
