Trade Plus Recruitment partners with a family-owned Brisbane builder delivering luxury custom homes and architectural renovations. This role seeks a Qualified Carpenter with Leading Hand experience to join a high-end team on long-cycle residential and upcoming commercial projects in Queensland.

The position offers $40–$50 per hour, quarterly bonuses up to 10%, long-term project security and a clear pipeline into 2027, plus a pathway into multi-residential and commercial construction.

Qualified Carpenter | Leading Hand | High End

Trade Plus has partnered with a family-owned Brisbane builder that has spent 15 years building luxury custom homes and architectural renovations. Their work has picked up Master Builders awards at both state and national level, and one of their apprentices has won Apprentice of the Year.

Their projects are typically $2.5M–$10M and run 10 to 18 months each, so the work is steady and you won’t be bouncing between short jobs.

Next year they’re growing into bigger work, with a 6-storey apartment build and a 12-house development in the pipeline. If you’ve only done residential and want commercial experience on your CV, this is a good opportunity to get it without leaving the quality end of the market.
