Job summary

Martin Corp Homes is looking for a qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in North Brisbane, serving Mango Hill, Morayfield and Caboolture and surrounding areas. You will participate in high-quality residential builds and work closely with supervisors and trades to maintain exceptional workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have a current driver’s licence and reliable transport, plus experience in new residential construction and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry or building projects preferred.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport required.
• Experience with new residential construction preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of residential carpentry to a high standard.
• Frame, fix and install doors, windows, cladding, eaves and internal fit-off.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised worksite.
• Mentor apprentices where required and contribute to a positive team culture.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Carpenter who:

• Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Communicates professionally with clients, trades and team members
• Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their work
• Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all aspects of residential carpentry to a high standard
• Frame, fix and install doors, windows, cladding, eaves and internal fit-off

• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure projects run efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised worksite
