Gunya Modular Homes seeks a Qualified Carpenter for our Home Modular Building team on the Northside of Brisbane. The role focuses on high-quality carpentry, framing, and fitting out homes to meet strict standards.

Ideal candidates have carpentry experience, own tools, and a valid licence, with a proactive, team-driven mindset and pride in workmanship. ABN or wage employment options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry and structural fit-outs.
• Owns your own hand tools and can work independently.
• Has a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of carpentry to a high standard
• Frame, install doors, windows, cladding and internal fit offs
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite
• Read and understand all specifications and construction plans
• Ensure all work meets company high quality standards and meets building regulations

About you

• Experience with Carpentry
• Owns your own Hand Tools
• Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
• Has experience and takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their work
• Option of being ABN or on wages.
