Job summary

Reflex Glass & J&T Joinery, based in Wangaratta, is seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team. You will handle manufacture and installation of custom cabinetry for residential and commercial clients, reading plans and working with the broader joinery team from workshop to site.

This hands-on role values skilled craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety, with opportunities across kitchens, wardrobes, and commercial fit-outs in North East Victoria.

Qualifications

• Qualified Cabinet Maker with demonstrated experience in cabinet making and joinery.
• Confidently read plans, drawings and specifications.

Reflex Glass & J&T Joinery is a locally owned and operated Wangaratta business with a strong reputation across North East Victoria for quality glass, aluminium and joinery.

Originally established as Reflex Glass, the business expanded to include J&T Joinery, bringing together extensive experience across both residential and commercial projects. Based from our workshop and showroom in Wangaratta, we work with builders, designers, businesses and individual customers to deliver practical, high-quality and customised solutions.

We are now looking for an experienced Qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team.

About the role

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of custom joinery projects. You will be involved in the manufacture and installation of quality cabinetry and joinery for residential and commercial customers.

Your work may include:

• Custom kitchen cabinetry and benchtops
• Vanities and bathroom cabinetry
• Wardrobes and storage solutions
• Doors, drawers and shelving
• Custom cabinetry and specialised joinery projects
• Commercial and residential fit-outs
• Workshop manufacture and preparation
• Installation and finishing work
• Working from plans, measurements and specifications
• Working collaboratively with the broader glass, aluminium and joinery team

With the variety of projects undertaken by Reflex Glass & J&T Joinery, no two jobs are necessarily the same. The role will suit someone who enjoys quality craftsmanship, varied work and seeing a project through from workshop to finished product.

About you

You will be a qualified Cabinet Maker with demonstrated experience in cabinet making and joinery.

• Has experience with workshop machinery and cabinet-making tools

• Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Is reliable, hardworking and takes ownership of their work
• Experience across installation, kitchens, wardrobes, commercial fit-outs or custom cabinetry will be highly regarded.
