Job summary

Peter Kittle Motor Company, a family-owned automotive group with a network of dealers across SA, VIC and NSW, is seeking a Qualified Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic to join our Adelaide team.

You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out warranty work, maintain accurate workshop documentation and work safely with the team to deliver quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic
• Current driver's license
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Qualified Automotive Technicians/Motor Mechanics to join our teams across our dealership network.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing manufacturer and warranty repairs
• Maintaining accurate workshop documentation
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Following safety procedures and workshop standards
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant trade qualification as an Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic
• Current driver's licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dealership experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
