Job summary

All So Cool Pty Ltd on Brisbane's southside is seeking a Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or a 2nd-year+ Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice for service work across commercial sites. You will diagnose, repair and service coolrooms, ice machines, display cabinets and glycol systems while maintaining strong customer relations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or 2nd year+ Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice.
• Reliable, punctual and pride in workmanship.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good fault finding and practical skills.
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Current CPR/LVR Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Overtime or TOIL options available.

Qualified & 2nd Year Plus Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice – Service

These are service based roles involving the maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll be involved in servicing, diagnosing and repairing commercial coolrooms and freezer rooms, bottle shop refrigeration systems, glycol refrigeration systems, commercial ice machines, refrigerated display cabinets and other commercial refrigeration equipment. You'll work across a diverse range of commercial sites, from routine preventative maintenance to breakdowns, fault finding and equipment repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing commercial coolrooms and freezer rooms


• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing bottle shop refrigeration systems


• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing glycol refrigeration systems

About you

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or 2nd year or higher Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice

• Good fault finding, problem solving and practical skills appropriate to your level of experience


• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues


• Current manual driver's licence


• Current Construction White Card

• Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one


• Relevant refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualifications (for Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic role)


• Previous commercial refrigeration service experience (highly regarded for qualified applicants)
