Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a permanent full-time Retail Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of the restaurant and lead a high-performing team. You will drive a guest-obsessed culture by delivering outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to every guest while executing the National Marketing Plan on shift.

You will build brand loyalty through strong people leadership, robust planning and effective stock and roster management to meet business targets and guest

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience.
• All successful applicants for this position will be required to provide a National Police check.

Responsabilités

• Providing Safety Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on safe work practices that are compliant with local legislation and Hungry Jack’s standards.
• Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture: Interview, hire, train and supervise your team to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, in all sales procedures, demonstrating a ‘guest obsession’.
• Building the Brand (Business Planning): Utilise your Business Priority Plan to continually improve your Restaurant performance and communicate to your team with clear action plans.
• Leading a High Performing Team: Create a culture that emphasises growth, trust and accountability; build your Restaurant Team and a succession plan.
• Managing the Business (Profit and Controllables): Plan rosters and orders to support guest obsession and manage inventory within budget.

AQF Associate Degree
