QantasLink is hiring a First Officer to fly a diverse range of regional ports from bases in Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. You’ll join a close-knit team within the Qantas Group, enjoying a clear path to command and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 500 hours total flight time in an aeroplane.
• Australian ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL theory subjects passed.
• Endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D on Airmulti Engine.
• Level 6 English Language Proficiency on Licence.
• CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Test.
• Ability to pass Qantas pre-employment medical.
• Ability to hold ASIC and unrestricted passport for Qantas ports.
• The right to work in Australia / New Zealand without sponsorship.

As a First Officer you'll have:

• A minimum of 500 hours total flight time in an aeroplane (Preference will be given to candidates who have flown at least 50 hours in the previous 12 months )
• An Australian Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL (A)) or Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL (A)) with passes in all Australian ATPL Theory subjects
• Hold endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D on a Australian Instrument Rating - Multi Engine Aeroplane
• A Level 6 English Language Proficiency on your Licence
• A current CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
• The ability to pass a Qantas pre-employment medical
• The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• A current passport with unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call
• The right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship
