Job summary

You will assist in development, testing and documentation of formulations, maintain accurate records, and work closely with Production, QA and marketing teams to uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field.
• Experience in laboratory testing and QC desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Production Department.
• Laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Verification of data, data entry and analysis.
• Adhere to ISO/HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in development and testing of dry ingredient formulations.
• Support shelf-life and stability studies for dry ingredients.
