• Experience in QA, food safety, or manufacturing (poultry highly regarded).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
