Qualifications

Experience leading QA teams across multiple testing types.
Design and maintain automation frameworks with Selenium and Playwright.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand requirements.
Review functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Execute API testing using REST APIs and automation tools where applicable.
Monitor automation execution, analyze failures, and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
Drive defect management activities, including defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Ensure automation scripts are maintainable, reusable, and aligned with project standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support production validation, release verification, and post-deployment testing.
