, home to legendary treats like Snickers, Maltesers, and M&M’s, we’re on the hunt for a passionate Q&FS Quality Assurance Specialist to join our R&D team.

This is your opportunity to shape how we protect and elevate the quality of our much-loved products — and make sure every bite is as safe and delicious as the last.

What you’ll do

Accountable for the food safety and quality programs across your value stream — from HACCP and GMP to global Quality Management System compliance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement and raise our quality standards.

Be the go-to expert for technical risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management.

Support and influence key forums: audits, operational meetings, quality reviews, and site management reviews.

Take charge of incident and near-miss management, CAPAs, and consumer complaint resolutions.

Management of hold and release process

About you

A degree in Food Science/Technology or a related field.

Experience in R&D, Quality, or Food Safety, ideally with exposure to audits or Quality Management Systems.

Strong collaboration skills — you know how to engage, influence, and motivate teams at all levels.

A continuous improvement mindset with the curiosity to explore new ways to make things even better.
