Job summary

XPT Software seeks a Software Developer to join the Finance and Procurement Compliance AI Platform team. You will build, operate, and scale a production AI solution that automates purchasing compliance checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and LLM-powered validation workflows.

You will develop cloud-native services with Python and Azure tech, design data pipelines, ensure testing and security, and support CI/CD deployments.

About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Finance and Procurement

Compliance AI Platform team. You will play a key role in building, operating, and scaling a production AI solution that automates purchasing compliance

checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The platform processes contracts, invoices, and timesheets using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and LLM-powered

validation workflows, ensuring accurate and auditable compliance outcomes with human oversight.

Inthis role, you will develop and maintain cloud-native services using Pythonand Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Durable Functions, CosmosDB, and Snowflake. You will design and optimize data integrations,orchestrate large-scale document-processing pipelines, implement monitoringand observability solutions, and support CI/CD-driven deployments. You willalso build evaluation infrastructure that enables data scientists to measure,track, and improve model performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python engineering skills, experience developing serverless or event-driven solutions on Azure, and expertise in SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. A solid understanding of testing, code quality, observability, and cloud security is essential. Experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, SAP integrations, MLflow, Azure ML, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitLab CI/CD will be highly advantageous.
