Job summary

BELECTRIC is seeking a PV Engineer to maintain and optimize utility-scale solar PV installations across our projects. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and coordinate with the O&M team to uphold high service standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of HV systems, AC/DC configurations, and SCADA integration, with a proactive, safety-focused attitude and willingness to travel for site assignments. Hybrid/onsite work with occasional nights away may occur.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in utility-scale solar PV deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of High Voltage, AC/DC systems, and SCADA integration is essential.
• Proactive, safety-conscious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, testing, and remedial work on deployed solar PV systems
• Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively with the O&M team to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Supervision and coordination of third-party contractors carrying out works on site
• Weekend rota (additional pay)
