Job summary

Beyond Bank is seeking an experienced Copywriter to craft clear, engaging copy across campaigns, digital experiences, products and communications. You will lead writing, combine creative thinking with content strategy, and support business growth while maintaining brand voice.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing and business units to develop fit-for-purpose copy, refine briefs and ensure content aligns with governance and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copywriting or content experience.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating high-performing content across digital channels, campaigns and journeys.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for website, landing pages, EDMs and customer journeys, marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Translate complex financial products and concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose copy and deliver effective content solutions.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and agency teams to bring brand storytelling to life.
• Apply SEO, accessibility, content design and conversion principles to optimise digital copy.
• Maintain content governance frameworks, guidelines and templates.
• Use AI and content technologies responsibly to improve efficiency.
