Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking a Café All-Rounder/Barista to join the Little Things Café Blackburn team on a casual basis. You will deliver excellent coffee and friendly service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and supporting a purpose-led organisation.

You’ll work a regular Thursday shift with additional casual shifts (4-7 hours per shift) and flexible availability for extra hours or changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong barista skills and ability to craft high-quality coffee.
• Experience delivering warm, attentive customer service.
• Reliable, on-time and comfortable in a fast-paced café.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.
• Provide warm customer service, including table service.
• Use the POS system to take orders and process payments.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and workspaces.
