Griffith City Council is seeking a Pump Well Operator to maintain an efficient and high standard of workmanship and safety in the operation of Council’s Pump Well facilities. This permanent 38-hour-per-week role is based in Griffith, NSW.
You will apply mechanical knowledge of pumps and motors, hold a valid Australian driver licence and a White Card, and contribute to a collaborative, community-focused workplace with flexible arrangements and ongoing development.
Commencement annual salary range from $69,901.00 ($35.375 per hour) to $76,891.36 ($38.9126 per hour) (Grade 8), plus superannuation and rostered day off once a fortnight

The Pump Well Operator is responsible for maintaining an efficient and high standard of workmanship and safety in maintenance and operation of Council’s Pump Well facilities.
The successful applicant will require a mechanical knowledge of pumps and motors, also hold a current Australian driver license and a General Construction Induction Training card (GIT or white card).
