Xylem is seeking a dedicated Service Technician for our Darwin workshop. You will service and repair pumps and rental equipment, both on-site and in our workshop, contributing to solutions for water-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Background from fitter and turner, mech fitter, mechanic, heavy diesel fitter or electrical trades.
• Great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be a good communicator with a great attitude.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine & emergency service/repair on pumps and rental fleet on-site and in the workshop.
• Clean, strip, overhaul customer pump sets and products.
• Read and interpret instructions and drawings.
