Job summary

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee a frontline unit, delivering excellent administrative support and customer service to users, judiciary and management. Based at Highbury, Willesden or Croydon, some travel to other courts is required.

You will drive performance, attendance and stakeholder relationships to meet local, regional and national objectives. New recruits join at the band minimum and work 37 hours per week, with shifts including Saturdays and
