Deloitte Services Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Manager in Public Sector Advisory to lead client delivery and shape trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in government and not-for-profit organisations. You will drive strategic transformation, support business development, and mentor teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will collaborate with Deloitte's Strategy & Transformation, contributing to thought leadership and growth across national and global networks while advancing the careers

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Consulting or Professional Services, with delivery in Public Sector advisory.
• Experience developing strategies, operating models and transformation programmes.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Inclusive leadership style and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client delivery, leading teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate executive discussions; align goals and enable strategic decisions.
• Drive business development through proposals and evolving service offerings.
• Support growth and development of junior team members.
