Job summary

The Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking an energetic Golf Operations Attendant to join our team, delivering outstanding member service at all times.

In this 15–25 hour weekly role you will assist in the concourse and pro shop, manage tee bookings and timesheets, support retail service, and perform daily tasks such as cleaning storage areas while upholding dress code and member policies. Weekend shifts attract penalty rates and early morning starts.

Qualifications

• A passion for golf and member service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience with booking and POS systems (preferred).
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily sport shop operations.
• Assist with tee bookings and timesheet management.
• Facilitate retail service to members.
• Daily operational tasks including cleaning and maintenance of bag and cart storage areas.
• Provide exemplary service to members and guests.
• Ensure dress code, mobile phone usage and guest sign-in policies are followed.
