Job summary

Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking a Golf Operations Attendant to support the concourse/pro-shop and ensure outstanding member service. This part-time role is 15–25 hours weekly with shifts from early morning to evenings, including weekends.

You will assist with tee bookings, shop operations and daily tasks, delivering exemplary service while maintaining club policies and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• A passion for golf and member service.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and members.
• Experience with booking and point of sale systems (preferred).

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Golf Operations Attendant to join the team in ensuring exceptional member service is delivered at all times. Reporting into the Golf Operations Manager you will assist in the smooth running of the concourse/pro-shop areas, ensuring all needs and enquiries are met.

This is a Part‑Time position offering 15-25 hours per week requiring availability to work during the week and on weekends between 5:30am starts to 7:00pm finishes.

The key tasks include:

• Assist in daily sport shop operations.
• Assist with tee bookings and time sheet management.
• Facilitate retail service to members.
• Daily operational tasks including but not limited to cleaning and maintenance of bag storage, cart storage and staging areas.
• Provision of exemplary service to members, including listening and responding to member needs in a professional and positive manner.
