Job summary

Federation University Australia is seeking a part-time coordinator to manage postgraduate psychology placements at Ballarat or Berwick campuses. The role is a continuing 0.8 FTE HEW 8 appointment with a pro-rata salary of $113,125 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation.

You will develop and oversee placement programs, support students, build external partnerships and ensure placements meet academic standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, assessing and providing clinical supervision in psychology placements or internships, preferably in higher education leading to AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage placements for postgraduate psychology students in clinical and community settings.
• Lead communication and develop relationships with external agencies, hospitals, clinics and organisations.
• Ensure placements meet academic standards and comply with APAC, AHPRA and PsyBA requirements.
• Manage APAC competency requirements with logbooks and placement reviews.
