Job summary

CQ Psych Services in Gladstone, Central Queensland, is seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our established private practice team.

This role offers a genuine pathway into Clinical Team Leadership with opportunities for in-house supervision and team development, alongside burnout-prevention-focused caseloads.

Qualifications

• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Substantial post-registration experience as a practising psychologist.
• Broad experience across client presentations and varying levels of complexity.
• Strong clinical judgement and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to supervise and develop other clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological intervention and/or assessment according to experience and interests.
• Operate within Burnout Prevention Caseload Model.
• Maintain sustainable workloads and ensure planned leave.
• Develop and share areas of interest within the team.
• Progress into Clinical Lead role and supervise.
