Job summary

Reliance Care & Support in Truganina, VIC seeks a Psychologist to join our Allied Health team. You will provide assessments and therapy across the lifespan, including children and adults, using evidence-based approaches in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, accurate documentation, and collaboration with GPs and allied professionals. AHPRA registration, WWCC, Police Check, and experience with NDIS/Medicare are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General, Clinical, or Provisional acceptable).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Experience with NDIS and Medicare-funded services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including cognitive, developmental, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, ACT, and play-based therapy.
• Work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and GPs.
• Provide services to NDIS participants, Medicare-funded clients, and private clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

About the Role

We are seeking a Psychologist to join our growing allied health team. You will provide assessment and therapeutic intervention to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns.
