Job summary

Bayside Health invites applications for multiple Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse positions located at The Alfred in Melbourne. These permanent roles cover both part-time and full-time shifts in the Alfred Psychiatry services, supporting care for patients with mental health needs under the supervision of registered nurses.

Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), meet the standard competencies, and hold current Police and Working with Children checks.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
• Demonstrates the appropriate competencies and skills as per the relevant Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Standards of Practice.
• Current and satisfactory Police Check.
• Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Manager.
• Uphold Nursing Professional Practice Framework across six domains (Comprehensive Care, Workforce, Leadership, Professional Development, Research, Informatics).
• Contribute to safe, patient-centered care within Alfred Care Group psychiatry services.
