Back2Work in Gosford, NSW, is seeking a psychologist to run onsite clinics and deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups across a broad age range. You will provide vocational support to increase work readiness and manage your own calendar to balance client needs in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires an approved Psychology degree and full registration or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with health professionals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onsite clinics with evidence-based interventions for individuals or groups.
• Provide vocational intervention to improve job readiness.
• Manage own calendar to meet client workload and expectations.
• Conduct mini-mental health training sessions on site for staff.
• Deliver structured group programs to simulate a work-like routine and improve motivation.
• Implement positive strategies to support wellbeing and stress management.
• Liaise with local health professionals and services as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with referrers and customers.
