Job summary

Department of Transport and Main Roads on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Property Administration professional to review and manage complex land transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy.

You will coordinate with divisional teams, provide expert advice on resumption and acquisition processes, and mentor staff to strengthen regional capabilities while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing complex land/property documentation and packages.
• Ability to interpret legislation and align processes with policy.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review Notices of Intention to Resume, Applications to the Minister and related property docs.
• Provide advice to senior officers on land transaction matters and processes.
• Ensure data integrity in property records and reporting systems.
• Prepare complex resumption and early acquisition packages and liaise with clients.
• Coach and mentor Program Support Officers to build regional capability.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
