As a Property Strategist, you’ll guide members from initial consultation through to strategy development and portfolio growth, delivering expert guidance on building wealth through new-build and off-the-plan properties.

You’ll lead consultations, design tailored strategies, and collaborate with mortgage and legal teams to ensure seamless service while driving member success and KPI

Qualifications

• Proven track record in property strategy or investment consulting.
• Strong understanding of off-the-plan and new-build markets.
• Skilled in cash-flow analysis and financial modelling.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
• Client-focused with KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations (in-person/Zoom) to define investment goals and budget.
• Design tailored investment strategies for long-term wealth.
• Research locations/projects using market data and projections.
• Present investment briefs with clear, data-backed insights.
• Collaborate with mortgage, legal and support teams for end-to-end service.
• Provide ongoing strategy reviews to help members scale portfolios.

The Role

As Liviti’s Property Strategist, you’ll be the trusted guide for our members as they navigate the property investment journey. From initial consultation through to strategy development and portfolio growth, you’ll deliver expert guidance on how to build wealth through newly built and off-the-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead face-to-face and Zoom consultations to understand each member’s investment goals, budget, and risk appetite

• Design tailored property investment strategies that align with long-term wealth objectives

• Research and recommend high-growth locations and projects using market data, cash-flow projections, and design reviews

• Present investment briefs clearly and persuasively, backed by insights and numbers

• Collaborate closely with Liviti’s mortgage, legal, and support teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service

• Provide regular updates and ongoing strategy reviews to help members stay on track and scale their portfolios

About You

• Proven success as a Property Strategist, Investment Consultant, or Buyers Agent

• Deep understanding of off-the-plan and new-build property markets

• Skilled in property cash flow analysis and financial scenario modelling

• Highly proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools

• Client-obsessed: you go above and beyond to ensure members succeed

• Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed KPIs and build long-term value
