We are seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to oversee daily property operations at Melbourne Quarter, one of Melbourne's premier commercial developments. This role is responsible for managing maintenance, cleaning, security, and vendor operations whilst leading teams of staff and contractors to ensure optimal building performance and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Certification: Ensure building and employee compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and engineering best practices.
  • Maintenance & Risk Management: Coordinate effective management of all property services and works within the building.
  • Budgets & Reporting: Prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium commercial assets.
  • Trade Certificate or tertiary qualifications (Trade Certificate will be favourably considered).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
